The Equity Institute Series is designed to help your team shift their mindset. We support educators in their quest to achieve equity in schools to impact the lives of students and families. Together, we will raise awareness in the four pillars of Empowerment, Engagement, Excellence and Equity.
Over the duration of the series, educators will be empowered with new knowledge, skills and mindsets needed to achieve true equity in schools.
Equity Coaches will offer strategies of support to:
- Create a shared vision and building consensus among multiple levels of stakeholders.
- Align organizational structures and systems toward specified equity goals.
- Facilitate and drive change at the classroom level and systemwide.
- Implement effective equity practices to achieve school and student learning goals around equity.
