Cynthia M. DeVese, M.Ed., is a highly regarded professional speaker, consultant, DEI practitioner, educator, coach and author. She has worked in education for over 25 years helping students and families navigate their way to and through the education process.

Cynthia is president and founder of Client Impact, LLC. She is the District Coordinator of Educational Equity for Westerville City Schools and has held student services roles with The Ohio State University, a large community college in Virginia, and most recently as the Assistant Dean of Student Life for Ohio Dominican University. Cynthia travels throughout the United States delivering keynote speeches and workshops to help parents, mentors, and educators’ coach their students to academic success.

Cynthia lives in Westerville, Ohio with her husband Dr. Larry DeVese and they have two young adult children; Ayanna and Malik .
